Our goal is to help create a safe and secure atmosphere that focuses on maintaining the client's dignity and independence. Right At Home North East Indianapolis is locally owned and operated by Spencer and Heidi Grimm (pictured above).
Spencer was formerly a sales manager in consumer packaged goods for 18 years. Heidi worked in accounting and taxation for 13 years. During their careers both Spencer and Heidi realized that providing high quality solutions in a responsive manner using a high degree of integrity for other people was something they enjoyed. They also know first-hand what it takes to care for family members. Both quickly learned about the strains a family can experience when caring for a loved one. Their hands-on experience translates to a philosophy of compassion and responsibility to always do the right thing for their clients.
Spencer and Heidi understand that to be a trusted provider of homecare and support service to our clients, to their family members, and to the healthcare professionals in the community, they must provide an unparalleled degree of integrity, responsiveness and quality service.
